1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or approved platforms.

• Full payment or required deposit must be made at the time of booking.

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24–48 hours notice (you choose your preference).

• Failure to show up (“no-show”) or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.

3. Studio Use

• Clients must use the studio and equipment responsibly.

• Any damage to equipment, furniture, or property will be the responsibility of the client.

• The Galleri Studios reserves the right to charge for damages or misuse.

4. Session Time

• Your booked time includes setup, recording, and breakdown.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals will not extend your session time.

5. Conduct

• Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.

• No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.

• We reserve the right to end a session immediately if rules are violated, without refund.

6. Recording & Content Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for the content they create while using our studio.

• The Galleri Studios is not liable for any copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful material produced by clients.

7. Liability Waiver

• By using our studio, you agree that The Galleri Studios is not liable for:

• Personal injury

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

• Any incidents occurring during your session

Use of the studio is at your own risk.

8. Technical Issues

• While we strive to provide a professional setup, The Galleri Studios is not responsible for unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.

• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or reschedule if necessary.

9. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party services for bookings, payments, and communication (e.g., Wix, Stripe, Square).

• We are not responsible for issues caused by these third-party platforms.

10. Changes to Services or Pricing

• We reserve the right to update pricing, services, or availability at any time without prior notice.

11. Agreement

By booking a session or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
