Refund, Overtime, & Rescheduling Policy
Effective Date: April 6, 2026
At The Galleri Studios, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings.
1. No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once a session is booked and payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including:
• Change of plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Missed appointments (no-shows)
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change.
• Clients may reschedule their booking with at least 24 hours notice prior to their scheduled session.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be denied.
• Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.
3. Late Arrivals
• Your session time begins at the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals will not extend the session.
• If you are significantly late, your session may be shortened or canceled without refund.
4. No-Shows
• Failure to arrive for your session will result in a forfeited booking with no refund or reschedule.
5. Overtime Policy
• Sessions extending 1–30 minutes beyond the scheduled end time will incur a $50 overtime fee. Sessions exceeding 30 minutes will be charged at the applicable hourly rental rate, subject to studio availability.
6. Emergency Exceptions
In rare cases (such as emergencies), rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Studio Issues
If The Galleri Studios must cancel or reschedule due to:
• Equipment failure
• Facility issues
• Unforeseen circumstances
You will be offered:
• A rescheduled session
or
• A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible)
8. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
